Prices/ fees: Does the price on the website refer to a person or an apartment?

The price is for the apartment – whether you come alone or with friends. How many people may come – you will learn from the description of the apartment.

Prices/ fees: Will there be any extra charges during check-in?

The price for the reserved apartment is a gross price with selected additives (optional breakfast, parking, additional cleaning service). There are no extra charges in addition to the gross price for the apartment.

During check-in, you may be required to provide a deposit or pre-authorization of your credit card.

Prices/ fees: How much is the deposit or pre-authorization?

The deposit or pre-authorization is from 200 to 500 PLN.

A deposit may be paid by credit card or cash.

Reservations: How may I reserve?

Reservations may be made through the reservation form on the website, by phone or by email.

In order to set up a reservation, provide the following details:

  1. Name and surname of a person making a reservation
  2. Phone and e-mail contact
  3. Address
  4. Other important notes regarding your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a pre-payment is required by bank transfer.

The amount of pre-payment depends on the amount and conditions of a reservation.

Reservations: Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?

Absolutely, you will receive a pre-reservation confirmation in a separate e-mail.

After the payment is credited to our account, you will also receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Payment: How do I make a reservation fee?

Reservation fee may be paid by bank transfer, credit card or cash.

Check-in: How may I check in and pick up the keys?

Check-in is possible at our office located in Warsaw, 45a Kolejowa Street, apartment 101, the 1str floor.

Check-in time is from 14.30 to 22.30.

In the case of earlier or late check-in, please contact the reception of GO Apartments.

Reservations: May I cancel or change my reservation?

Excluding non-refundable reservations, any standard reservation may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to the reservation starting time.

Other: Hours of check-in and check-out

The guests may check-in from 14.30 to 22.30.

Check-out is possible until 11 am on the day of departure.

Apartment equipment: General information

Each of the apartments of GO Apartments is fully equipped and prepared for long and short term stays.

In each of the apartments, there will be clean bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, LED TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and other useful additions.

Location: Public transport

Tram stop at Zawisza Square (1, 7, 9, 22, 24, 25, 44 lines) is 300 meters from our location.
The nearest metro station is 450 m away, while the bus stop at Zawisza Square (127, 128, 157, 158, 159, 175, 504, 517, 521 lines) is located 300 m from GO Apartments.

Additional services: Where and what time are breakfasts served?

Our breakfasts are served on-site at the cosy cafeteria between, from 7.30 to 13 from Monday to Friday, and from 9 to 13 on weekends and bank holidays. You may buy breakfast on the spot without prior reservation.

Equipment: Is it possible to equip the apartment with a cot?

Yes, it is.

Location: Are there any facilities on the spot, i.e. shops, restaurants?

By the location of GO Apartments, you will find shops, Italian restaurant, burger shop, sushi restaurant, café, gym and hairdresser.

Equipment: Is the Internet is free of charge?

The apartments provide unlimited and free of charge access to the Internet.
