Reservations

How can i make a reservation?

Making a reservation with us is simple and convenient. You can book your stay through the intuitive booking engine on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone, where our team will gladly help you choose the perfect dates. If you prefer, reservations can also be made via email. We strive to make the booking process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Reservation confirmation

When booking online, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. For telephone reservations, you will also receive an email confirming your booking. This way you can be sure that everything has been arranged successfully.

Can i cancel or modify my reservation?

Flexible rate reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned arrival date. This option does not apply to non-refundable bookings, which are subject to different conditions and cannot be changed. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

Flexible rate

With this option, you may cancel your booking free of charge, provided you do so at least 24 hours before the start of your stay.

Non-refundable rate

A non-refundable booking guarantees the lowest price. By choosing it, you accept the non-refundable conditions, which means that cancellations or modifications are not possible. In case of cancellation, costs will not be refunded.

Is the price on the website per person or per apartment?

The price shown on our website covers the entire apartment. For one or two guests, the price remains unchanged. For more than two guests, the price is adjusted accordingly.

Children’s stay policy

Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. Please make sure to indicate your child’s age during the booking process so that we can properly prepare the apartment. For children aged 4 and above, the same rate as for adults applies.

Can i receive an invoice for my stay?

Yes, we can issue an invoice either in your name or for your company. Please let us know no later than on the day of check-in.

Is a deposit or pre-authorization required at check-in?

In specific justified cases, we reserve the right to collect a cash deposit or place a pre-authorization on your credit card for the duration of the stay.

How and when can i check in?

Check-in is available at the reception of our aparthotel, located at:
ul. Kolejowa 45B – unit U3, Warsaw.
Reception is open from 14:30 to 22:30.

I plan to arrive outside reception opening hours

If you would like to check in earlier or later than standard hours, please contact us in advance. Our team always does its best to accommodate guests’ needs.

Additional services

Breakfast offer

Our breakfast options are the perfect way to start the day. Meals are served at the restaurants SPUN (Mon–Fri 7:30–12:00, weekends 9:00–12:00) and Miau Grau (Mon–Fri 7:30–12:00, weekends 9:00–12:00). Guests can enjoy hot dishes carefully prepared from fresh ingredients. If you booked your stay with breakfast, you will receive a special voucher at reception – remember to take it with you to the café of your choice.

Underground parking – how can i use it?

We offer parking spaces in the underground garage at a rate of 45 PLN per day. If you choose this option, upon check-in you will receive a remote control for the garage gate along with instructions. The garage remote is handed over together with the apartment keys starting from 14:30 – please keep this in mind when planning your arrival.

Baby cot

On request, we can provide a travel cot free of charge in your apartment. A highchair can also be supplied if needed.
